Ron Carpenter Biography
Ron Carpenter was born on the 8th of July. He was raised in Southern Greenville County. His father, Ronald Carpenter Sr was a preacher who served in various leadership roles in the International Pentecostal Holiness Church.

For his high school education, Ron attended Belton-Honea Path High School in Anderson County. He graduated from Emmanuel College.
Ron Carpenter Career and Ministry
Ron Carpenter founded Redemption Church in 1991 together with his wife and three church members in his early twenties. He is the senior pastor of the church. Ron is rather passionate about breaking down the walls of racism, crossing cultural lines, and changing poverty mindsets locally and abroad.
Ron has spent more than two decades mentoring and teaching other pastors, CEOs and even politicians across the globes. He has ventured into many businesses over the years and has a successful career as an entrepreneur.
Ron Carpenter Family Life
Ron is married to his wife, Hope. Their marriage has been blessed with lovely children; Chase, Chaz and Chanlin. They are also lucky grandparents to wonderful grandchildren. Ron and his wife Hope both hold the national flag and national anthem with high regards as they both grew up in military families. Ron’s wife, Hope went to rehab in 2013 after it was announced to the public that she had engaged in numerous extramarital affairs. Ron had kept the secret of his wife’s infidelity and adultery for close to 10 years and carried the burden with him while preaching. It was a very stressful ordeal for Ron. In 2014 however, the members of Redemption church warmly welcomed Hope back to the church.
