We should Love God

The dream city church believes that God is the Creator of everything and that He exists eternally in three Persons.

The dream city church believes that salvation is God’s gift to us. It is available to anyone who confesses the Lord Jesus with their mouth and believes that God has raised Him from death to life.

The dream city church believes the Bible to be God’s Word, a true and fully accurate account of God’s love for us. Its purpose is to teach us how to have a relationship with Him, worship Him, and bring Him glory.

The dream city church believes that sin has kept us from knowing God and worshipping Him but that Jesus died on the cross to pay the penalty for our sin.

We should Love Each Other

The dream city church believes that Jesus established His body on earth in the church and that the church is a community that exists for the purpose of declaring the gospel and glory of Jesus throughout the world.

The dream city church believes the church is a family and that every believer should be identified with a local body of believers for the purpose of mutual encouragement, spiritual growth, and accountability.

The dream city church believes Water Baptism is a declaration to others that a person has believed on Jesus Christ for salvation. Baptism by immersion in water represents the person being crucified, buried, and resurrected with Jesus, and a testimony of the cleansing power of God and our faith into new life with Him.

The dream city church believes the baptism of Holy Spirit is available to all believers. It is separate from salvation. Holy Spirit brings power to the believer to be effective witnesses for Jesus, as well as He blesses us with spiritual gifts for the encouragement of others, and empowers us to yield the fruit of the Spirit.

The dream city church believes Communion is intended for Jesus’ followers, by which they acknowledge and remember His work on the cross and our remembrance of Him.

We should Love The World

The dream city church believes that God cares about every need of every person and that the church, as Christ’s body, is to show his love and care for every person. Every member of the church is called to be a minister of the gospel through acts of loving service and a willingness to share the truth of the gospel with everyone.

The dream city church believes that God wants to transform, heal, and provide for us, so that we can live blessed and victorious lives that will impact and help others.

The dream city church believes our Lord Jesus Christ is coming back again just as He promised.

Dream City Church progressively lives out its mission to reveal Christ to the world by loving people, cultivating community, and inspiring hope. Some of the ways we demonstrate God’s love is through outreach. We help to rescue people through the Dream Center and Streetlight USA; we help to clothe people through Reclaimed; and we help to feed people through Mom’s Pantry.
