Jonathan plays the guitar and sings as part of the choir in Lakewood Church. Himself, his sister Alexandra, Louie Garcia and Abel Orta make up the “LYA” group in which Jonathan is the lead singer. All of them are also still members of the church choir.
Together with his sister Alexandra in 2016, Jonathan helped with leading worship in front of 45,000 people at America’s Night of Hope hosted in San Francisco at the AT&T Park. Ever since,
Jonathan has been leading worship and speaking at the Night of Hope events at arenas and stadiums across America.
Jonathan in the year 2019, spoke his first sermon at Lakewood Church. It was titled, “The Father’s Love.” He currently has over 100,000 followers on Instagram.
