Femi Emmanuel is an evangelist, motivator, teacher, author and minister of the gospel. The man of God was born on the 2nd of July in a village called Mopin in Iyesi area of Ado-Odo Ota council area of Ogun State, into a humble and polygamous background of peasant parents who were farmers and illiterates. His mother was the youngest of his father’s wives and she bore six children in total, Femi Emmanuel being the third.

The 68-year-old pastor, Femi Emmanuel started off his career as an engineer, before venturing into ministerial work fully, pastor Femi Emmanuel pursued a political career and was at one point the deputy speaker of Oyo State House of Assembly. It is also note worthy that he was one of the four pioneer members of the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International in 1985 in the western part of Nigeria.

Pastor Femi Emmanuel first encountered the Lord as a teenager at the age of 17 in 1972 at the Foursquare Gospel Church, Agege, Lagos State. Since then, he has been a strong lover of God and the gospel.
Fast-forward to today, Femi Emmanuel is the Pastor of Livingspring Chapel International, which has its national headquarters located at Dominion City, Aduloju Bus Stop, Ojoo/Iwo road Express way, Ibadan, Nigeria, and its international headquarters at Ikeja Lagos. For more than 30 years now, Femi Emmanuel holds a daily progamme, “Turning point” which is usually broadcasted on various radio stations across Nigeria. It was first broadcasted in 1989. Currently, Turning Point has been made available on social media platforms including WhatsApp and Telegram, gaining an international audience from over 120 countries.
The ministry also provides both hard and soft copies of the “Turning Point Today” a daily devotional booklet produced on a monthly basis, users of the booklet have recorded several testimonies and changes in their life.
